Refund Policy
Subject to your statutory rights including under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act, if you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services within 30 days, we may at our election either refund you credits for future use, or refund money paid for the goods and services in question.
The way refunds are processed depends on your original payment method:
Credit & Debit Cards
If you paid by credit or debit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank generally within three (3) business days of receipt of the acceptable request.
Digital Wallets
- If you paid by Digital Wallet (eg Apple Pay etc.) refunds will be sent generally within (10) business days of receipt of the acceptable request.
Direct Deposit
If you paid by Direct Deposit refunds will be processed via our Accounts department within (30) business days of receipt of the acceptable request.
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order.
All refund request are validated via internal forensic fraud tools before processing.
