Since the new owners took over, everything has completely changed. They never miss a clean, communication is perfect, and customer service is genuinely five-star. They treat both clients and cleaners with respect and care, which makes all the difference.
Our regular cleaners, Tracy and Christine, are fantastic — always arriving with a smile and doing an outstanding job. It is clear that the staff are valued, and it shows in the quality of their work and their attitude. My parents feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for — which is priceless.
Regarding the recent one-star review, that definitely doesn’t reflect our experience, nor what we hear from other Clean Advice clients. It simply does not align with the high standard of service they consistently deliver.
